Terms & Conditions
By using our website, creating an account and/or making an order on the site you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions.
1. The prices for all items will be as quoted on our website in pounds sterling and where applicable are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT), prices may be changed without notice.
2. By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your account as provided by you.
3. We will issue you with an email receipt once you have purchased your item along with an invoice attached to the package containing your goods.
4. Orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For delivery.
5. Full valid postcodes are required for every UK order, if you provide us with an incorrect address and postcode we do not accept any responsibility for failure for the order to arrive.
6. We aim to dispatch orders placed Monday to Friday within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend may take up to 2 days longer to dispatch.
7. During exceptionally busy times (such as Christmas and Sales Promotion Periods) the dispatch time may be longer.
8. For deliveries outside of the UK please contact us via email or telephone with the porduct code and your address to which we will repond with the shipping costs.
9. The following terms apply to website purchases only and not purchases made in person at our shop.
10. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 working days of delivery, providing that it has not been worn or used and is returned within its original packaging.
11. Non returnable items include earrings (due to hygine reasons) and items purchased within a sales promotion or special offer.
12. To return items please request an RMA number from the product returns link within your account and follow the onscreen instructions.
13. We advise that you return items using recorded delivery as we cannot take any responsibility for items lost.
14. Refunds are made once we have recieved the item and can only be made by the oringial payment method.
15. We can only refund the cost of the product and the original postage cost however you as a consumer are responcible for the postage cost of the return.
16. For faulty items purchased we will refund any costs incurred in returning these items.
17. We aim to ensure all information on this website is as accurate as possible however we cannot be made responsible to errors made in the price or description of our products.
18. Time has been taken to diplay the product image as accuratly as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will reflect the true colour of your product.
19. All measurements for our jewellery and accessories are approximate.
20. Occasionally we may run promotional offers online that are not available within our shop, additionally our retail store may be providing a special offer that is not available on the website.
21. As our website runs alongside our shop on occasion the product you have ordered may be unavailable from stock.
22. Gift Vouchers purchased on our website may only be redeemed on our website, not within our shop.
23. Lastly we may change, alter, adapt, add or remove portions of these terms from time to time to which all updates will be shown here.
